Chapel Hill's PlantPure Pod Potluck
Join us on Sunday, Jan. 19th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.
During this experience, you will finally have the chance to debunk what you have been told about a Whole Food Plant-Based Lifestyle so that you can look, feel, and be healthy while enjoying the process.
This is our monthly public PlantPure POD Potluck; we change it up and show movies, offer cooking demos, free talks, and share testimonials; no matter what we always have a great time with good food and new friends.

We would like to invite you to experience food and a community that could lay the foundation for a life filled with:
- An abundance of energy
- A positive spirit and outlook others appreciate
- A chance to support health in your community
- And someone who looks at their food and says, “Darn, this is good!”
We have been hosting events monthly since 2016. People from all over gather to eat a delicious, vegan, whole food oil-free meal in a family-style atmosphere with us.
This Potluck w/a Purpose is hosted by Elizabeth Fiorentino Williams, Founder of Naturally Complete of NC (#NCofNC), Deanna Smith, Founder of Triangle Of Light Healing Center (#TOLHC), & their Meetup Group 'Chapel Hill Plant-Based Nutrition Pod' and will be held at their location in Chapel Hill.
If possible, please bring a Plant-Based, Oil-Free, dish to share. (Suggestions available below.)

What is our MOTIVATION?
We are motivated to share the TRUTH about how our food & lifestyle choices make a difference!
People have no energy for everyday activities.
People are not able to pursue their hobbies.
People are under more stress than ever before.
People are battling with self-image.
People are overweight or obese.
People are simply NOT healthy.
One way you can help is by inviting the people you care about most to this event.
Join us on Sunday, Jan. 19th at 5:00 pm for our Potluck w/a Purpose! at 'The Big House'. This is expected to be an eye-opening experience and we cannot wait to help you take control of the stress in your life.
At these events, we share PlantPure Nation's Culinary Philosophy and we educate members about what is included when eating whole-food, plant-based (WFPB) no added oil, especially how good it can taste.
Basically, it includes meals comprised of whole foods that are minimally processed, using Vegetables, Fruits, Whole Grains, Nuts, and Legumes/beans. The PPN program also consists of avoiding added oils. (Link: bit.ly/WhyNoOil)
